⏳ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Because each piece is handmade to order, please allow up to 12 weeks from deposit to completion. Here’s a general breakdown of the process:

  • Weeks 1-2: Design consultation and finalizing details

  • Weeks 3-9: Fabrication and metalwork

  • Weeks 10-11: Finishing, sealing, and quality checks

  • Week 12: Pickup or shipping arranged

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on materials, complexity, and current order volume.

Custom Order Terms & Services

Before placing a custom order, please review the following terms:

💵 Deposit & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

  • Final payment is expected at time of completion but MUST be made within 30 days of completion. After this period, the artist may resell the piece. No refunds will be issued.

📦 Pickup, Storage & Shipping

  • The completed piece must be picked up within 30 days.

  • After 30 days, a $5 per day storage fee will apply.

  • After 90 days, the artist reserves the right to resell the piece with no refund.

  • Shipping is available for 25% of the order total.

  • Delivery and installation are not included.

🛠️ Design & Revisions

  • Prices are estimated and may vary based on final materials and complexity.

  • One round of minor design revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur fees.

  • Estimated completion times will be provided but are subject to change.

  • Regular updates will be shared throughout the process.

  • Prompt communication ensures timely progress and prevents delays.
